【食レポ】うなぎ『笹舟』へ行ってきた！

なんと、今回はうなぎです！　うなぎ屋『笹舟』へ行ってきました！

本川越駅、川越市駅から少し歩きます。徒歩10分くらい。

川越市立中央小学校の道をまっすぐ行ったところにあります。

住宅街にぽつんとあるのですが、看板やのぼりがあるのでお店は見つけやすいです。

ガーデニングの緑がお出迎えしてくれます。

いざ、店内へ！

内観は、一言で言うなら『よそのお家』です。

下町っぽいとてもアットホームな雰囲気で、お座敷にテーブル席があります。

うなぎ以外にも天丼や親子丼などの丼ものから、おつまみ系の一品料理、鯉こくなどもありました。

うなぎ屋へ来たからにはうなぎを注文。2500円

ババーン！！

タレのいい匂いがする！

いつもスーパーでの安いうなぎしか食べてこなかった自分にはもったいないくらいの贅沢。

身がふっくらとしていて、肉厚。皮もお箸で切れます。

少し焦げ目のついたタレがパリッとしていて、美味しいです。

肝吸いもお出汁が利いている。

初めて肝を食べてみたけど、少し苦味があって、コリコリしてました。

漬物もぬか漬けなので、和を感じますね。

川越にうなぎ屋が多くあり、長い間川越に住んでいますが、うなぎ屋へ足を運んだのは今回が初めてです。

高価なものなので頻繁には食べられませんが、たまの贅沢にいいかもしれません。

美味しいものを食べられると幸せになれますね～♪
